JGB Custom Homes was founded in 2010 by Jake Badger. From its beginning, the focus of JGB Custom Homes has been first and foremost the will and needs of the client. The goal of JGB Custom Homes is to make the building experience enjoyable, working with architect and client to transform an architectural drawing into a HOME.
JAKE BADGER | OWNER
Jake graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001 and started his career in the homebuilding industry in Houston, TX, working for a production builder. After four years in Houston, he returned to Austin and went to work for a well-known custom builder.
Over the next several years, Jake built 20+ custom homes in the multi-million dollar range and quickly established himself as a leader in quality control, customer satisfaction, and budget management. By 2007 Jake solidified himself as a premier builder in Austin when he was recognized as Custom Superintendent of the Year by the HBA.
LAUREN POWELL | PROJECT COORDINATOR
Lauren is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. In addition, she received her degree in Interior Design from Brooks College in Long Beach, Ca. in 2009. She has worked in Austin for over 10 years in the interior design industry, working alongside some of the cities top residential designers and architects.
